Hello Everyone!
We are thrilled to share some wonderful updates about our special needs class at Dar Al Amal. Thanks to your incredible support, our ten amazing children are thriving and making remarkable progress. Our classroom is currently a burst of colour and creativity! With educational materials and interactive tools, we’ve created a space that sparks curiosity and makes learning fun. Each child has a personalised learning plan, ensuring they get the attention and support they need to succeed. The children are not only learning but also building strong connections. Their interaction with each other and with their teachers has improved significantly. They are forming friendships, participating in group activities, and showing increased confidence in expressing themselves.
This month, we had an exciting trip to a local playground! The kids had a blast with various fun activities and games, enjoying a day full of laughter and joy. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to explore, play, and practice their social skills in a new environment. the children from the special needs class and those from the main school integrated beautifully together. They played together and had so much fun! We are thinking about more activities for them to do together in the future. Your support has been invaluable, and we can’t thank you enough. We have big plans for the future, including more specialized learning tools, exciting excursions, and ongoing professional development for our dedicated teachers.

I don’t wish to put a damper on such a positive post, but we desperately need to keep funds coming in for this very worthwhile project if it is not to be threatened by closure over the next few months. This is really something that I can’t contemplate!
