🌍 Support Shalom Medical Clinic’s Lifesaving Outreach in Northern Uganda 🌍
We have recently received an urgent request from Peter Akena, Founder and Clinician at Shalom Medical Clinic in Northern Uganda. The clinic is a community‑driven project with a clear mission: to provide quality, affordable healthcare, promote public and primary health services, and reduce the prevalence of infectious diseases among vulnerable populations.
Shalom Medical Clinic is preparing for an important medical outreach program, aiming to bring essential healthcare directly to underserved communities. This outreach will provide:
- Free medical consultations and treatments
- Health education sessions on HIV/AIDS and malaria
- Free HIV/AIDS, malaria, hypertension, and diabetes testing
- Distribution of medications and medical supplies to those who need them most
To make this outreach possible, the clinic urgently needs support to cover:
- Medical personnel and essential equipment
- Medication, diagnostic tools, and medical supplies
- Clinic supervision costs and annual Ministry of Health license renewal
